• Serve as a SubSurface Application Support Analyst (Petrel, Techlog, OFM, Eclipse, etc)
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support the applications
• Troubleshooting reported issues for SSW Applications and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Member is expected to Fulfill Customer specific SLA’s and OLA’s
• Member need to be flexible to work in Shifts on rotation
Must-Have Skills:
• Oil & Gas domain knowledge
• Good Communication skills (writing/Oral/writing)
Good-to-Have Skills: ServiceNow, Application Support
