Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer (Director) to:

• develop the visual style and interface of digital products based on user stories to deliver and design best-in-class solutions and practices
• understand user/client needs and create actionable insights and personas enabled by user/client research and synthesize into tangible design solutions
• translate user requirements and research into concrete design concepts to bring a product concept to life quickly and/or improve existing solutions
• plan and facilitate the design process to align the product-vision with the product owner and get all needed requirements of the product: e.g., journey mapping, design sprints, storyboarding or other design thinking methods
• build, test, and refine prototypes and conduct a design direction for products, services or journeys including prior wireframing
• work closely with cross-functional agile team members to improve (digital) products and journeys iteratively and continuously based on all phases of the design process
• ensure the post Go-Live optimization of the user experience of products (e.g., through A/B testing, conversion optimization, SEO)

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working Pune for the Information Capturing Crew which is part of the Client Documents & Records Management stream. You will work within a team software engineers who work across various PODs of Information Capturing to support the delivery and improvement of products supported by the Agile Crew and respective PODs.

The crew mission is to become the global differentiator for capturing and processing of (client) information by offering innovative information services for integration & automation.

The members of your Agile Chapter are working out of Switzerland, Qatar, India and Singapore.

Your expertise

Your expertise:
• 10+ years’ experience designing user-centered products and complex applications, ideally in corporate functions
• a strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered design process that you can present and articulate clearly
• proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (or similar role) with an in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and integration of UX design with product delivery teams
• demonstrable strategic thinking on client projects and experience conducting stakeholder workshops to ideate and prioritize features
• strong IT background and proven delivery of end-to-end Software requirements/projects (incl. Digital Accessibility)
• knowledge and experience using prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or InVision and whiteboarding tools such as FigJam or Mural
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels

Essential Skills/Experience:
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a Global team and prioritize work in a high velocity environment
• proven ability to come up with a design and seek agreement/signoff from key stakeholders
• experience of working closely with Developers, Product Managers and Technology Partners
