Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Manage OEM customer invoice processing with Accounting.
  • Manage OEM customer relationships for collecting production forecasts.
  • Manage and provide weekly traffic summaries for OEM customers.
  • Manage west coast short sea bookings for OEM customers.
  • Assist in the space allocation process including the providing of load lists for NAS and TAL vessels.
  • Assist in the reconciliation process for NAS and TAL vessels.
  • Interact with other teams and offices for multi-team projects.

 

Skills Required:

  • Teamwork is essential.
  • Must be able to adapt to a quickly changing working environment.
  • Able to communicate information clearly to internal and external parties
  • Attention to detail is critical to ensure accurate information is received and processed to correct parties
  • Computer skills in MS Excel, Word and general computer knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
