Job Description

The Senior Manager - Sales, Digital Solutions is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies, and management of the channel network for Eaton Digital solutions product portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing the sales, customer, and territory strategies for the digital solutions portfolio and create opportunities for profitable growth aligned to the strategic and annual plans.  This role is accountable for growing their revenue for digital solutions through all go-to-market channels.  In addition, the role will coordinate with the other staff functions to ensure cross communication required to support revenue achievement."    

"•    Generate revenue with required margins through sales of Digital solutions & services which includes IT Racks, iPDU's, Micro Datacenters, Datacenter cooling solutions, DCIM & EPMS software, and various other infrastructure digital services including monitoring, and OT Cybersecurity services.
•    Builds and maintains customer, system integrator, and channel partner network in order to create an eco-system for Eaton Digital solution sales.
•    Identifies & validates new sales opportunities where Eaton digital solutions & services can add value. Works with end customer and channel to communicate Eaton value proposition effectively.
•    Build strong partnerships with System integrators and Channel partners who position Eaton Digital solutions with end customers. Build a strong and sizeable channel partner network for Eaton Digital solutions.
•    Enables channel partners and system integrators to re-sell or position Eaton digital solutions and services with end customers.
•    Develops Solution proposals, Bid responses, and works with the solutioning team to identify the most competitive techno-commercial offer which creates win-win for the customer, channel and Eaton. 
•    Supports customers directly in cost/benefits analysis in order to demonstrate specific advantages of using Eaton’s products.
•    Negotiates commercial proposal with the customers & channel partners in cooperation with other involved internal stakeholders.
•    Secures customer purchase order, create work orders, and coordinates sale, and post-sale process in order to deliver a great experience for both customer and channel partners.
•    Builds new, and Manages existing key accounts with repeat business.
•    Coordinates with sales ops, manufacturing & quality team to ensure customer satisfaction.
•    Provides advance information for forecasts and planning of sales revenue month on month, quarter on quarter. Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
•    Contributes to the development of an After Sales Service & new products that is focused on customers' needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
12 yrs -15 yrs
Past sales experience in one or more of the following products: IT Racks, iPDU’s, Microdatacenters, Datacenter cooling solutions, DCIM Software, EPMS software, Cloud based infrastructure management solutions and OT Cybersercurity services

Skills:

•    Strong Communication Skills, Collaborative working style, Influencing Skill.
•    Strong knowledge on MS tools-  Power BI, MS projects ,PPT, Excel, Word etc.
•    Existing strong network with System integrators and channel partners in the target geography."
