Leads Management is a central function across ISS which enables regional Seller recruitment teams in achieving their goals. Leads Management team owns - (a) lead generation & assignment, (b) lead prioritization, (c) process/metrics standardization and (d) automation.
As a Leads Specialist you will
• Work closely with the Account Management teams for existing sellers to manage opportunities for multiple Existing Seller Management programs.
• Ideal candidate should be able to handle the pressures of a dynamic environment and should be able to cope with the changes in SOPs and deliver timely results with high accuracy.
• Possess intermediate excel proficiency to be able to work efficiently with large data sets for qualifying and assigning leads (eligible sellers) using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Support ad-hoc requests by stakeholders to facilitate effective leads management and seek feedback on qualification and assignments with a focus on improving quality.
• Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards within expected deadlines and service level standards.
• Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and drive automation of tools. Conduct Deep Dives to identify and rectify loopholes in the assignments processes.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skill to effectively interact with internal/external stakeholders and drive business execution.
• Maintain service levels defined per project and ensures consistent quality of delivery.
• Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed is a plus.
• Be willing to work with the sensitive data including adult content, religious and other sensitive issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.
