Job Description
Escalate on issue and concern not getting resolved, in a timely manner. Check on SOP’s and training and ensure all gaps are highlighted. Complete all trainings and actions as per company policy and process requirements. Possess strong understanding of Accounts Receivables process and understanding of how we manage Duning and other processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all daily activities outlined in the SOP’s including conducting Quality-assessments on activities done to ensure quality Service Delivery.
- Promptly report any issues or concerns regarding any process gaps / issues / controls and procedures to the teams / Manager and identify process fixes.
- Take proactive measures to address any findings from Auditors regarding audit / Risks & controls within the agreed-upon time frame.
- Provide support to other groups or teams within the designated area of responsibility. Contribute to Cash appsl data upskill initiatives to enhance overall competencies.
- Assist in supporting various projects and initiatives to drive organizational objectives and strategic goals.
- Work on Open items reduction and ensure that this is followed as a process and part of day-to-day service delivery.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Over 6 years of experience in Cash Apps / AR receivables and other relevant areas in O2C.
- Reconciliation / Receivables Management / Credit Risk (good to Have).
- Skilled in performing data profiling and quality assessment of source systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot errors related to master data transitions efficiently.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects within shared services.
- Understanding of the impact of Collections processes on downstream and upstream and Follow processes / Metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP Finance module (FI) and low/no code applications is advantageous.
