Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation matters, including case assessment, strategy development, and coordination with external counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, such as contracts, leases, licenses, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide guidance on legal issues related to litigation and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units and senior management, to provide legal advice and support.
- Monitor and track legal developments, regulations, and trends relevant to litigation and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in all legal matters.
Experience:
Industrial 8 to 10 years
- Proven track record of successfully managing litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to draft and review complex agreements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
