Responsibilities
Able to be flexible with working hours, ideally overlapping with Eastern Time (ET)
Responding to and troubleshoot Tier 1 system support tickets from users related to our recruiting tools. These include Workday, Paradox, HireEZ, CodeSignal, etc and workflow (job requisitions, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding)
Leveraging our job aids, workflows, and sandbox environment to accurately resolve cases within SLAs
Escalating issues to our integrations and/or the tool’s customer support as necessary
Communicating common ticketing themes back to the larger team to support continuous improvement and enablement for all users
Supporting testing coordination to validate system changes/enhancements - stage data in the test environment, test functionality, assist users as they navigate their test scripts
Facilitating the onboarding of new TA members, ensuring they have appropriate access to our tools
Creating and updating system and process documentation (process maps, job aids, etc) for our users
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience as a business systems analyst within talent acquisition at a fast growing technology company
Have a solid systems knowledge and ability to learn systems and processes quickly
Have the ability to translate complex business/system processes into concise, digestible communications and resources
Have detail orientation and the ability to handle multiple problems, tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Experience testing new system enhancements and configuration
Have customer service orientation with a desire to go above and beyond
Have effective written and verbal communication skills
