  • • Key Responsibilities:

    Program Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive program plan for enterprise-wide Gen AI use case implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with leadership to communicate program vision, goals, and progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and startups.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and involved.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of program plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver regular progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Ensure documentation is comprehensive, clear, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Testing :

  • Oversee the development and execution of testing strategies to ensure the robustness of Gen AI solutions.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to identify, track, and resolve issues and defects.
  • Ensure that testing processes are thorough and adhere to best practices.

Progress Reporting and Monitoring:

  • Track program milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to keep the program on track.

Adoption and Change Management:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of Gen AI solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth transitions and effective utilization.
  • Monitor adoption rates and gather feedback to continuously improve implementation processes.


    • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in large-scale technology implementation projects or working with senior executives
    • Proven track record in managing enterprise-wide AI or technology transformation programs.
  • Skills:
    • Solid understanding of Generative AI technologies and their application in enterprise settings.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
    • Proficient in project management tools and software
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
