Key job responsibilities
> Input, update and maintain candidate related data in a timely manner with a strong eye-for-detail while making data entries and while preparing documents
> Maintain, manage and regularly audit the work
> Partner with diverse HR teams, provide support and process transactions to deliver a top-notch day one experience to Candidates.
> Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accuracy and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
> Identify bottlenecks and trouble shoot issues.
> Ensure service level commitments and quality standards are met.
> Continually strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
> Involve in projects as necessary as subject matter expert and work towards the goals of the project.
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Exposure to HR tools such as Peopleportal, iCIMS, Salesforce
- Experience in managing confidential and sensitive employee information.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Global mindset – experience working with international customers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify process defects, make recommendations for process improvements, and implement/influence process improvements.
