Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
- Plan and manage HR budgets, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on HR matters.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Organize employee engagement activities and programs to boost morale and productivity.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs for employees.
- Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for staff at all levels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Develop strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address any related issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
