Key Responsibilities:


HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Plan and manage HR budgets, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on HR matters.


Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.


Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and programs to boost morale and productivity.


Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs for employees.
  • Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for staff at all levels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.


Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.


Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and address any related issues.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
