Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for Plant HR activities.
  • Ensure strict adhered to statutory compliance requirements / labor laws.
  • Participate in HR Audits
  • Workforce Planning & ensure plant have enough manpower as per business requirements.
  • Worker handling including contractual labor.
  • Effective Liaisoning with government / semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies.
  • Negotiation & Agreements with various labor contractors
  • Responsible for Salary Administration, Security, License and Certification, Housekeeping & Administration, EHS Administration, Policy Implementation& Vendor Management
  • Maintain statutory records under various labor laws.
  • Lead the disciplinary action and related domestic enquiries into acts of misconduct.
  • Managing timely employee life-cycle processes for all divisions - including recruitment, training, performance management.
  • Establish and drive employee health and wellbeing programs across divisions.
  • Establish a framework for effective Grievance Management
  • Responsible for Establish and maintain open communication with workers and staff to ensure real time resolution of issues at the plant.
  • Managing Payroll , Time office & Employee’s record keeping.

Required Skills:

· MBA (HR)/MSW/PGD- IR/ with 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years in a Manufacturing unit of 500+ employees.

· Demonstrate knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining.

· Should have good experience in handling HR generalist role at plant level & payroll/ statutory compliance.

·
