Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Plant HR activities.
- Ensure strict adhered to statutory compliance requirements / labor laws.
- Participate in HR Audits
- Workforce Planning & ensure plant have enough manpower as per business requirements.
- Worker handling including contractual labor.
- Effective Liaisoning with government / semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies.
- Negotiation & Agreements with various labor contractors
- Responsible for Salary Administration, Security, License and Certification, Housekeeping & Administration, EHS Administration, Policy Implementation& Vendor Management
- Maintain statutory records under various labor laws.
- Lead the disciplinary action and related domestic enquiries into acts of misconduct.
- Managing timely employee life-cycle processes for all divisions - including recruitment, training, performance management.
- Establish and drive employee health and wellbeing programs across divisions.
- Establish a framework for effective Grievance Management
- Responsible for Establish and maintain open communication with workers and staff to ensure real time resolution of issues at the plant.
- Managing Payroll , Time office & Employee’s record keeping.
Required Skills:
· MBA (HR)/MSW/PGD- IR/ with 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years in a Manufacturing unit of 500+ employees.
· Demonstrate knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining.
· Should have good experience in handling HR generalist role at plant level & payroll/ statutory compliance.
