Your key responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
- Documentation: Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation
- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, scenarios, and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress
- Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality
Skills and attributes for success
- Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Strong documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Ability to work virtually with global teams
To qualify for this role
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration
- As a Business Analyst, 2 to 5 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
