Your Role and Responsibilities
Product Marketing is at the intersection of Marketing, Product Management, Sellers, and Business Partners. As a manager within our Product Marketing organization, you will lead a team responsible for articulating the point of view and value proposition for IBM’s Software products and audiences. You will inspire, align, and coach Product Marketers to deliver strategies that capture the market and support pipeline generation and new client acquisition.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in Product or B2B Marketing
- Experience creating marketing business plans
- Experience managing people, including hiring, goal setting, and performance management
- Knowledge of and interest in the Technology field
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders and geographies (e.g., Product Management, clients, business partners)
- Ability to be agile, to work flexibly in an environment of continuous change, to set priorities, to take initiative, and to follow through consistently & thoroughly
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Technical content expertise, An understanding of the integration market from APIs, events, app integration, An understanding of go-to-market strategies , Experience developing audience strategies (e.g., understanding and prioritizing potential audiences based on key behaviors/characteristics
