Purpose of the role
The Global Knowledge Solutions (GKS) organization catalyzes the creation, transfer, and application of knowledge to ensure ITQ succeeds at its mission of driving internal and external innovation, developing differentiated technology, and engendering trust through food safety and quality.
The Business Systems Analyst in Digital Solutions Program Area is expected to: provide expertise in information technologies; partner effectively with worldwide ITQ clients; deliver efficient, effective, and accessible solutions; and independently manage multiple consulting and development projects across different technology platforms such as SharePoint Online, Power platforms.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Client Consultation and Business Partnering (20% of Time)
- Collaborate with clients to identify needs and success criteria, translating them into clear project objectives, timelines, and plans.
- Maintain responsiveness and timeliness in project updates, addressing client queries, and fulfilling project commitments.
Excellent Technical Work (65 % of Time)
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of Out of the Box SharePoint Online & Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Flows, and SP Designer.
- Design technical solutions for SharePoint and show a willingness to contribute to third-party applications like My Solutions Portal.
- Proactively engage with Business Systems Analysts, Consultants, and Developers for analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and support of SharePoint applications.
- Support SharePoint governance by cataloging and maintaining ownership, status, and activity information for sites, providing timely reporting to site owners.
- Collaborate with business users to understand problems and propose effective solutions.
- Assist with SharePoint site maintenance, offering guidance on document management, security setup, addition of site elements, and problem-solving.

- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to work, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and enhanced client value.
- Explore new resources, develop innovative methods, and seek external inspiration to drive improvements in work processes.

- Engage in self-directed learning to stay motivated and scale knowledge in the areas of Sales Force and SharePoint specialization.
Administration (5 % of Time)
- Participate in all mandatory training (Safety, HR, Finance, CI, etc.) and actively support GKS and ITQ meetings, events, and activities.
- Fulfill other administrative tasks as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Full Time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory)
- 2 years of related experience
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification in Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Configuration (667)

For the Digital Solutions Program Area
- Must have SP Designer & InfoPath 2007 /2010 /2013 along with O365 skill sets.
- Good to understand SharePoint Online & Office 365 environment.
- Working knowledge of PowerApps and MS Flows
- Understanding of JavaScript & .NET basic concepts
- Good to understand Salesforce environment & basic admin responsibilities.
- Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of business processes and IT Governance best practice.

- Master’s degree
- 4 years of related experience
- Major Area of Study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics
- Prior SP Migration Experience
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification in Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development
- Knowledge of Visual Web Parts, Custom page layouts, HTML5/CSS3
