Job Description
- Develop a strong understanding of our business operations by completing our immersive shadowing program, known as the New Hire Roadmap
- Learn the company’s HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Process employee changes, such as job and salary changes, new hires, and terminations
- Provide miscellaneous day-to-day support with HR operations, such as maintaining employee files, processing verifications of employment, answering general HR inquiries, etc.
Once you are comfortable with our processes:
- Assist with the maintenance and optimization of the HCM platform (UKG)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to UKG users
- Ensure integrity of UKG data by performing regular audits
- Develop and deliver SOPs and training materials on UKG functionalities
- Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into the company’s people data
- Administer employee leaves (FMLA, LOA, and workers’ compensation) and assist Regional HR Managers with ADA requests
- Assist with benefit administration, including conducting new hire benefit orientation, reviewing new hire and life event enrollment requests, assisting with STD/LTD claims, and answering employee benefit questions
- Continue to process employee changes and provide miscellaneous day-to-day support with HR operations, as described above
