Skill-14+years in HR Transformation, HR Shared Services Operations ( Hire to Retire)
Role-
- Overall accountable for the End-to-End business operations and Provide domain expertise and serves as the Voice of the Business (VOB)
- Key Leader in operations team to work on large and complex outsourcing deals across HRO domains,
- Effective stakeholder management should be able to liaise with transition, transformation, tools teams to build and redesign processes.
- Interfacing with multi clients and internal teams to drive business solutions and participate in new designs solutions.
- Supports the Operational Sponsor/s and PMO Leader in representing and reporting status of the program to the Steering Committee, Executive Sponsor/s and other key stakeholders.
Domain Skills-
- Overall knowledge in H2R process globally
- Knowledge of HR Transformation levers like RPA, Analytics & Insights, HR Benchmarks, Power BI Dashboards and so on
- Have exposure to US, UK, Europe ,Australia and New Zealand based customers.
- Strong focus on service and working in a service delivery, influencing skills and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers engaging, informative, well thought out presentations.
- Ability to analyse large datasets and make metrics-based recommendations to management.
