A few examples of your responsibilities

• Craft engaging social media content and own it at every step—from ideation, to stakeholder management, to scheduling, to performance analysis.
• Scout opportunities for high-impact outreach activities, and manage collaborations with creators, press, and PR firms.
• Wordsmith a variety of communications—including legal documents, press releases, commercial campaigns, and UX/UI messaging.
• Drive the communications side of company-wide events and important initiatives.
• Support our Spooners in an array of written formats, coaching them to continuously adopt best practices.
