Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues
- Passion in understanding infrastructure cloud and automation
- Job Experience – 1-4 years’ experience
- Education: BS/MS in Computer Science
- System programmer with 1-5 years of experience with good background in ITIL (Incident and problem management) and understanding of using Jira /Agile practices.
- Requires a hands-on, technical work, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate on work assigned, collaborate with Intel teams. Able to resolve work on technical issues independently , partner with teams across for any deployment or resolution of issues in timely manner
- Understands System patching, system management, auditing, automation, as well as server build processes and Intel external application landing zones, Network Load Balancing , Storage Area Networks
- Solid understanding of Windows & Linux server administration and scripting
- Proficient in one or more scripting languages (i.e. Perl, Python, PowerShell, Bash) Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, GitHubActions, Infrastructure asCode etc. to design and create reliable releases
- Knowledge on AWS and cloud applications, Adobe System Admin exposure would be an advantage.
- Experience with and desire to influence emerging operation techniques including, but not limited to: Delivery and deployment through containers, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
