Job Description

  • • Understanding the hiring requirements from different units and coordinating with the CTAG to get the requirements fulfilled.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for every candidate, by managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, starting from registration to sending out the offer letter.
  • Enabling the candidates to register with us by connecting with the TPOs through various channels like social media and professional networks.
  • Conducting Pre-placement talks and Post Offer Engagements sessions/programs for the students along with Know-How sessions in relation with the colleges.
  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with the colleges, candidates, and business units.
  • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices and ensuring the process is being automated and made efficient with periodical intervals. Partnering with the team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Maintaining a database of all the colleges across Gujrat along with the details of their Training and Placement Officer and updating the file as and when there is a change with the point of contact.
  • Ensuring TAT and SLA are followed while submitting the reports, dashboards and while resolving queries for candidates or placement officers.
  • Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent and proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Flexible and adaptable to travel as and when required.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum Qualification:
  • Full Time MBA in HR
  • 15 years of full-time education.
