- Must have Good typing speed upto 30WPM with 90% accuracy.

- Any two Mentioned languages (Tamil,Hindi,Telugu,Kannada,Malayalam,Punjabi,Marathi,Bengali and Gujarati) along with good English communication. (Three languages speaking skill Mandatory).

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. our well-resourced environment will provide You with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
