Job Description

As an Associate Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in building highly reliable Power BI dashboards for managing and transforming data from various structured and unstructured data sources. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, and responsible for taking vague requirements and transforming them into robust solutions.
  • Operate business processes on a periodic basis, including but not limited to configuring business rules, synthesizing data and performing quality checks.
  • Creating and delivering Power BI dashboards and reports, evaluating  and providing professional feedback on design and architectures of other developers based out of different regions.
  • Work directly with the business stakeholders, project and platform teams to enable growth and support our field and back-office users in International Operations Commercial Supply Chain (IOCSC).

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant field with minimum 3 years of experience in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and Analytics.
  • Experience in handling data, data transformations, building data models, visualizations and have worked with Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics teams.
  • Good to have understanding on end-to end Supply Chain process and the data generated at each node.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining KPI’s and metrics to measure the operational performance.
  • Must have strong analytical and data handling skills (Alteryx, SQL preferred); BI and visualization skills (Power BI & Tableau preferred).
  • Good to have certification in related fields like Power BI, SaFe Agile, ASCM CIPM and others and exposure in Python/Pyspark.
  • Self-driven and team player.
