Qualifications

• 1-3 years of DevOps or Software Engineering experience.
• Proficiency with scripting languages, particularly Python and Terraform.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, GIT, build tools, and container development/deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, AppDynamics) and networking/OS fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and accountability, with the ability to make decisions with limited information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple project deadlines, and prioritize workloads according to business deliverables.

• Participate in ongoing operational activities: deployments, monitoring, reporting, and patching.
• Focus on operational excellence, collaborating with product and engineering teams to gather and deliver requirements.
• Develop DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation with global engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions are resilient, available, healthy, and high performing.
• Build infrastructure for quick deployment, running, and scaling of software in the cloud.
• Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance and provide out-of-hours support via on-call Rota.
