Roles & Responsibilities (essential functions and responsibilities of the job):
- Managing end to end Onboarding, renewal and offboarding process for third party contingent Workforce.
- SoW /Addendum creation
- Managing business and stakeholders
- Ensuring all Onboarding, renewal and offboarding process for third party contingent Workforce is done on timely basis
- Compliant with the process
- Ensuring meeting KPI’s/SLA on timely basis
- Monthly Dashboard preparation
- Zero escalations
- Internal Audit 100% compliant
Education and Experience:
Essential: Graduate with preferably some prior experience in HR shared services/ Policy & Processes, Onboarding and offboarding process
Desirable: Worked in E2E Onboarding and offboarding process
Experience in people management – Not required
Expertise in HR shared services/ Policy & Processes, Onboarding and offboarding process Stakeholder management and is experienced in Human capital operation management

Essential Skills:
- Ability to perform variety of transactional, administrative and processing tasks using an established knowledge base system to ensure consistency and conformity of work allocated
- Experienced in HR shared services/ Policy & Processes, Onboarding and offboarding process
- Excellent in Verbal and written communication skills
- Expert in Excel, Power point presentation and MS word
- Excellent is Stakeholder Management
- Carrying an overall work experience of 2-3 years in Human Capital Operations/HC shared service
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment and have a problem-solving approach
- Ability to prioritise deliverables
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and cross-industry exposure
- Highly motivated and self-starter
