- Lead and optimize aspects of the talent management process in the organization - talent processes, promotions, succession planning etc
- Exercise sharp prioritization skills, identifying and managing tradeoffs to focus efforts on high-impact activities

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with 6+ years in HR business partnering.
- Demonstrates business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical acuity.
- Proficient in partnering effectively with senior leaders through skillful navigation of ambiguous situations using strategic planning and effective project management.
- Experience working with global and distributed teams.
- Communication, coaching and influencing skills across diverse counterparts across levels.
- Is able to work independently, as well as on teams.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- HR experience supporting Business/Tech teams or in a Business/Tech company.
