Job Description
Minimum Work Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience configuring and working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Experience in minimum three Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM module is required. (Human Resources (Core HR, Journeys, Benefits, etc.), Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance management, Compensation, Career development, learning, etc), Workforce management (OTL, Absence management, Workforce scheduling, Payroll, HCM analytics, etc).
- Understanding of the unified Oracle HCM solution and the touch points with other HCM modules (e.g., Talent, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting etc.) as well as Oracle Fusion ERP (Project Financial Management, Expenses, AP, etc) and Oracle fusion EPM.
- Experience developing and working with application interfaces across systems.
- Ability to create workflow, define and implement business processes and provide detailed reporting.
- Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Experience working with system support teams at partners and vendors.
- Experience working with a team and independently.
- Experience in Pharma or CRO Industry or project based services company is a plus.
Skills:
- Implementation/configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM in a global company.
- Working knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, Goals, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, Reporting, Analytics configurations.
- Expertise in configuration of Enterprise structures and Core HR foundational setups.
- Ability to configure self-service transactions, approval workflows and notifications.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Security setup including roles, data sets, and security profiles.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
- Good understanding of data privacy, data sovereignty and Oracle Fusion HCM implications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud integration tools is a big plus.
- Experience with API based integration between HCM systems and third parties like ADP payroll is a plus.
- Certification in more than one Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM module will be a big plus.
- Project Management and Risk Mitigation.
- Good communication skills.
- Azure / Active Directory based SSO experience with cloud systems is a plus.
- Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project.
- Agile Development Tools and Methodologies, and Experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus.
