Job Description
As the HR Business Partner your key responsibilities are
- Strategically partner and coach with the senior management team, providing support and advice on policies and procedures
- Educate, coach, and partner with people leaders on performance management and employee development goals, helping them value people management
- Support the creation of policies to ensure best practice and legal compliance, while ensuring appropriate cultural fit
- Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and lead and participate in team projects
- Contribute to and deliver the People & Culture strategy to facilitate the achievement of business objectives through working in partnership with the business
- Assist the HR Operations Manager with complex or senior level ER cases together with appeals when required
About you
- CIPD Diploma level 7 qualified, with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Significant generalist HR experience in the private sector
- Strong interpersonal skills, a competent communicator and assertive influencer
- Ability to be professional and proactive and build long-term trusting relationships
- Ability to be analytical with the necessary focus on delivering business objectives
- Resilient and robust, able to manage the pressures of a demanding workload
- Be an ambassador for change, positively promoting the benefits of business analysis and process change
