As the HR Business Partner your key responsibilities are

• Strategically partner and coach with the senior management team, providing support and advice on policies and procedures
• Educate, coach, and partner with people leaders on performance management and employee development goals, helping them value people management
• Support the creation of policies to ensure best practice and legal compliance, while ensuring appropriate cultural fit
• Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and lead and participate in team projects
• Contribute to and deliver the People & Culture strategy to facilitate the achievement of business objectives through working in partnership with the business
• Assist the HR Operations Manager with complex or senior level ER cases together with appeals when required

About you

• CIPD Diploma level 7 qualified, with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Significant generalist HR experience in the private sector
• Strong interpersonal skills, a competent communicator and assertive influencer
• Ability to be professional and proactive and build long-term trusting relationships
• Ability to be analytical with the necessary focus on delivering business objectives
• Resilient and robust, able to manage the pressures of a demanding workload
• Be an ambassador for change, positively promoting the benefits of business analysis and process change
