Job Description
- Support the design, architecture, development & Integration of Merchant Payment servicing and operations platforms ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and user experience objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of Merchant acquiring servicing platform, optimizing performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
- 3+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.
- 3+ years of Proven experience in software development, with a focus on building servicing experiences with digital first architecture mindset.
- 2+ years of Strong expertise in leading the design and build of micro front end architecture and React UI components.
- 2+ years of Solid understanding of hybrid cloud technologies (Azure, Google), microservices architecture, and API integrations
- Merchant Acquiring, payment gateways, PCI, credit decisioning, Risk & Fraud management, funding, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, case management, IVR, Point of Sale (POS) configuration & device integration.
- Good working experience with Pega BPM, React UI, Java J2EE, Kafka, Azure components, third party integrations.
- Good understanding of Design Patterns and Best Practices
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering projects on time.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
