Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
  • Design and execute comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in the organization.
  • Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
  • Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions and next steps from the engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience at a large accounting or consulting firm ideally with reputable, publicly listed companies as clients
  • BS/ BA or higher degree from an accredited school.
  • Fluent English is required with the ability to speak, write, read and interpret documents
  • Experience in an international environment and intercultural experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel ~30% including internationally as well as to live/embrace our hybrid work culture

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance
  • MBA, CPA, ACCA or ACA
  • Strong experience ideally in an international environment and in-depth knowledge in Project management and/ or project controlling (Agile,PMP certificate, PM@Siemens certificate)
  • Experience with Latin America business

  • The pay range for this position is $71,200 - $122,100 along with an incentive bonus between 10% structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
