• As a Sr Manager, Tech Program Management, your main responsibilities will revolve around managing large software development projects and leading a team of talented technical program managers, work closely with architects and engineering leaders to ensure the successful completion of these projects.
• You will need to have a deep understanding of software architecture and contribute to architectural decision-making processes.
• You will also need to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Walmart, ensuring alignment on roles, responsibilities, and project cadences.

What you'll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
• Overall, around 16+years of technical experience with 10+ years of leadership experience as a Technical Program Manager in software delivery within a related industry managing aggressive schedules and significant business impact.
• 6+ years’ supervisory experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of technical program managers and engineers.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and leading teams, setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and conducting performance evaluations to drive individual and team growth.
  
  

Experienced in system/platform design concepts, architecture, technical design, services, APIs, and technologies.
