As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and qualitative (on-site) execution of services that provide the customer with a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Drive for high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts (Warranty and Service) and/or solving complaints, inquiries, and requests about technical products.
- Analyze and solve application failures, complaints, drive root cause analysis and preventive action. Keeps customers actively informed.
- Drive feedback loops towards division.
- Fulfill documentation for service related issues and resolutions and keeps complaint data base up to date.
- Participate in project commissioning/installations.
- Propose additional services as required through maintaining customer relationship.
- Provide special/custom training to customers upon request.

- Lighting applications, solutions and field service experience.
- Knowledge on products, systems and customer support tools.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong learning agility.
- Knowledge on product warranties.
