Job Description
You'll lead a support team and responsible for managing support and operations for cloud and on-prem apps. You'll be working with various stakeholders and internal teams to understand IT application requirements. You will deliver the support and operations in the most efficient way. You will work on technical challenges to troubleshoot issues, guide the team and deliver resolutions effectively.
As a Systems Support Engineer Senior II Lead, you will be responsible for-
- Leading Enterprise Operations team by providing technical mentorship, feedback and guidelines, and by organizing the work.
- Applying analytical skills and statistical insights to identify bottlenecks and challenges to drive improvements.
- Learning and gaining in depth experience on cloud platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Enterprise products, Marketing solutions etc.
- Working as a trusted support partner to resolve issues related to Enterprise Apps
- Understanding architecture & setting up processes; Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams
- Analyzing technical issues on on-prem and cloud applications while working closely with the Development team and vendor.

To be successful in this role you will-
- Have 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience working & managing on cloud technologies and a support team.
- Have exposure to Incident management and track record of meeting support KPIs, SLAs, and achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
- Have experience providing technical solutions & support to Enterprise customers; Build stakeholder connects and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Have knowledge of the technologies- Linux OS (Mandatory), SQL, Cloud Technologies and Scripting like Python, shell scripting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration skills and ability to build trusting relationships; Have high availability & responsive mindset.
