The ideal Product Owner candidate should have -

Relevant telecommunications domain-specific experience especially NMS/EMS and FCAPS Knowledge

A good knowledge of high-level product and feature design.

Very strong customer and business understanding, including the driving forces in telecommunications technology and NAM/BSS product evolution.

Ability to make, sell, evaluate, and uphold the Business Case for Backlog prioritizations.

Well developed leadership and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong ability to motivate teams and individuals around a common product vision and a vision of product development excellence.

Responsibilities :

Champion the customer perspective by ensuring team(s) understand requirement goal/vision

Manage and prioritize backlog for team(s).

Direct and accept/reject team(s) work.

Know when enough has been built in a requirement to maximize business value of MRs.

Strong knowledge and experience of the Design analysis and design thinking.
