Job Overview And Responsibilities
This role provides pivotal support to the HR Manager/Director and Business Leadership in their assigned countries by supporting them in aligning day to day HR activities with the business needs and goals. This role will coordinate with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to leverage capabilities in support of our HR initiatives and leveraging their expertise to business needs and coordinate daily operational HR activities and leveraging their expertise to business needs.
As a part of the role, the HR Rep will provide centralized HR Operations support to their assigned countries in the region, which includes creating and managing centralized HR Operations process such as sickness absence reporting, invoice processing, onboarding, off boarding, People Soft data management etc.
- Provide support to HR Operations for their assigned countries, which includes creating and managing centralized HR Operations process such as sickness absence reporting, invoice processing, onboarding and off boarding processes and other relevant HR Operations activity
- Assist with all the assigned region's HR matters
- Delivers human resources services including, but not limited to: employee issue resolution, hiring, selection and retention of regional personnel
- Handle inquires regarding salary and pay administration, benefit administration, training and issues resolution, in cooperation with other HR Managers and directors
- Manage employee database to ensure accurate organizational structure and employee data is maintained in people soft and employee master trackers
- Provide support to employees and leaders in various HR-related topics such as leave management, insurance and insurance renewal, compensation etc, including conducting research and support for grievances and hearings, coordinating investigations and all process in accordance with local legislation
- Support the HR director / manager in delivery of new initiatives and be the first point of contact for assigned countries
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years or relevant experience in HR (from benefits admin, performance reviews, employee relations matters, invoices, onboarding, etc).
- Attention to detail with good analytical and process management skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws
- Ability to support our two offices in Delhi, DEL airport and Office Branch
- Ability to travel up to 20% and travel internationally
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
- Master's degree
- Previous experience supporting more countries / international experience
- Experience supporting frontline groups of employees
