Job Responsibilities

• This role will develop a reporting inventory and analyze each report to determine relevance and improvement areas.
• Perform detailed data analysis and identify data quality and integrity issues. Work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and work toward to further improving data quality
• Own data and reporting distribution and automate report creation and distribution wherever possible
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create reports as needed
• Help assess various reporting tools currently in use or available for use and recommend appropriate reporting tools for various reporting needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Knowledge of JP Morgan Connected Commerce structure and understanding
• College/master's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with various data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI)
• Proficiency in information management
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Application and system administration experience with focus on governance and control including strong ability to record of process and operational improvements is a plus
