Job Responsibilities
- This role will develop a reporting inventory and analyze each report to determine relevance and improvement areas.
- Perform detailed data analysis and identify data quality and integrity issues. Work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and work toward to further improving data quality
- Own data and reporting distribution and automate report creation and distribution wherever possible
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create reports as needed
- Help assess various reporting tools currently in use or available for use and recommend appropriate reporting tools for various reporting needs
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Knowledge of JP Morgan Connected Commerce structure and understanding
- College/master's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with various data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI)
- Proficiency in information management
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Application and system administration experience with focus on governance and control including strong ability to record of process and operational improvements is a plus

- Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and apply judgment to prioritize
