Job Description
The Business Analyst is a responsible and detailed oriented individual tasked with supporting and auditing the sales incentive process. This position will be responsible for creating, and distributing reports, modeling plan options, auditing performance and pay information, and creating plan calculators.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quarterly analytics and reporting on SIP Payout and Attainment information.
- Provide recurring ad hoc analysis and reporting for stakeholders and internal team.
- Provide analysis and compilation of sales quotas.
- Build predictive models to support SIP accruals.
- Assist in annual planning with cost modeling and cost/benefit analyses.
- Drive improvements by identifying trends and proposing business solutions.
- Document and track issues to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prefer 2 years of analytics experience.
- Knowledge of data analytics and modeling.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation, writing, organization, and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive problem-solver, and ability to adapt rapidly.
- Comfortable with partnering and collaborating with cross functional teams and with all levels of the organization.
- Capable of managing high pressure, short timeliness and willingness to be flexible.
