• Convert old 2-D drawingsto 3-D models using NX 1899
• Create 3D model anddrawing for casting & forging componentsFollow engineering standards, engforms & best practices;Provide drawing updation and revision control
• Handle ad hoc projectsas assigned by the Team Leader/Manager
• Handle in confidence thedrawings and / or trade secret information of Siemens Energy products. Supportproductivity improvement and establish best practices for activities withinstipulated time-period;
• Recording and trackingof engineering hours utilized for various projects;Electronic transfer ofdrawings, documents and data with Siemens Energy Global Operations
• Prepare/load Bill ofMaterials to Globus & SAP.
  
  
  

Your Qualification

• B.E. (MechanicalEngineering) OR Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) from reputed institution andproficiency in use of 3-D modeling and drafting software.
• Candidate should have aminimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience post degree of using NX withEngineering Design / Consultancy Company
• Working knowledge ofNX1899(v1907) & GloBus TC12;( Parametric modeling, Expression basedmodeling, Part families; Advanced Assembly features Handle large assemblies inNX, Assembly arrangements)
• Hands-on experience oncreating 3D model & drawing for Casting / Forging components.
• Candidate should possessexcellent communication skills & flexible to support different time zones.
• Expertise’s working inMS Office (Project, Excel & PowerPoint), Adobe PDF and Team Center tofacilitate project execution.
• Strong soft personalskill i.e. team player, quick learner, ability to adapt quickly &effectively etc.
• Exposure to Oracleand/or SAP BoM will be added advantage
• Product exposure withTurbo machinery like Reciprocating compressor and Gas Engine is preferred.
• Exposure tomanufacturing processes like casting, Forging, welding will be added advantage.
• Knowledge GeometricalDimensioning and Tolerancing like ASME, ISO is required.
