Job Description
Our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team handles large volumes of data and has a direct impact on the company's financial results. The Senior Specialist Digital Delivery position will have an important contribution to the Digital acceleration strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining, executing, and validating testing scenarios
- Ensure accurate documentation of new development and implementations of DTC channels
- Report the results to management and business
- Identify processes improvements from analysis and tests performed
- Analyze product performance through analytics and troubleshooting at hyper care phase
- Responsible for product stabilization and product enhancements after go-live
- Provide technical expertise on DTC processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert and single point of contact for a specific product or sub functionality of a product

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Ability to analyze and test large datasets
- Strong knowledge of DTC processes
- Experience with SAP and OmniHub knowledge is considered as a plus
- Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Proactive (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset, ability to think end-to-end
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Curious and growth mindset; keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone, look beyond the obvious
- Highly result-driven and self-motivated team player with compassion, integrity, trust, and perseverance
- Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years relevant work experience in the accounting/business area
- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
