Essential Skills

• BE or BS in Computer Science or related technical fields or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4+ years of experience, working with NMS/EMS product on NOC operations, performance management, fault management and NMS product configuration / customization (FCAPS)/(TMN)
• Excellent software debugging skills, with good aptitude for troubleshooting
• Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot NMS products
• Experience in JAVA and/or Python, REST API’s, etc.
• Experience on Unix/Linux Skills (Administration, Scripting, Server tuning & Maintenance skills)
• Exposure or working knowledge on any monitoring application like EMS, NMS, OSS
• Good understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, OSI Reference Model)
• Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
  
  

Extended Skills

• Basic understanding of networking, micro services
• Experience with dockers, Kubernetes is a plus.

• Good understanding and knowledge on Java, Linux, Kubernetes, Container, network automation.
  
  

Emerging Skills

• CCNP,DevNet, RedHat,VCP certification is a plus
• Public / Private Cloud experience and knowledge. [ AWS, Azure]
