Job Description

What You Will do:

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Operations Specialists based out of the Gurgaon office
  • Currently, there are two specialists on the team with plans to expand further in 2023
  • Ensure Gartner’s web presence promotes research, conferences, and consulting in a seamless user experience, making it easy for users to find information on our offerings
  • Assign tickets and complete website production work to ensure team SLAs are met
  • Scope and build custom landing pages based on stakeholder input and guidance from the Design team and IT development team
  • Collaborate with international site owners to help coordinate production work across 10+ Gartner domains
  • Enable distributed page authoring by reviewing pages prior to publication and providing feedback to marketing authors

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Web/Interactive Development, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred (Good to have)
  • 4-6 years (To be kept as open/Min) of experience working on a web or digital marketing team preferred
  • 1+ years of managing a team (Added Advantage)
  • Demonstrated understanding of web best practices and site optimization
  • Experience authoring in a content management system, Adobe Experience Manager preferred
  • Proficient in writing and understanding HTML and CSS
  • Experience documenting technical and design elements for developers preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teammates and stakeholders cross-functionally, cross-regionally, and globally
  • Know how to prioritize tasks and understand/adhere to timelines
  • Excellent attention to detail as a reviewer of pages in our publishing queue
