What you'll do

• You will report to the Director to contribute toward the DWMS team at CSG
• You will have to plan and document to show how the deployments will meet the customer's needs and expectations and CSG's demands for profitability.
• Manage each project in accordance with the plans and CSG's Process Framework to deliver the project on time, on budget and with the appropriate level of quality.
• Report on project progress against plan (typically weekly), including effort, schedule, milestones, issues and risks. Produce formal reports to the customer.
• Ensure that the project team has sufficient resources (e.g. environments, processes) and training to carry out the project effectively.
• Develop and maintain positive and ongoing relationships with CSG's customers and Manage customers' expectations so that the deployments (and are seen as) a success.

You should have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field, or equivalent experience
• You'll need to have over 10 years of experience with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
• You should be having IT project management with at least two full life cycle project implementation and management experience.
