What a typical day looks like:

• Supporting the users of Business Process Management Application.
• Testing of the new solutions released from the Business solution team related to the above application
• Involvement and supporting the site and the implementation team during the Go-Live project
• Co-ordination between the Functional owners and the solution team for any enhancement requests and new solution design
• Experience in Monitoring the incident queue and maintaining the SLA and MTTR
• Experience in Problem management, Root Cause Analysis, Quality initiatives, Bug Finding and Fixation
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree with 6 – 8 years of experience
• Generation and submission of reports to management related to support
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Knowledge in MS SQL server and Java
