Responsibilities

As our consultant, you will undertake the following tasks:

Provide expert guidance to our CEO and communications team on establishing an impactful thought leadership presence on social media, with a focus on LinkedIn and Twitter.

Review and refine proposed key messages to build a strong personal brand for our CEO.

Collaborate with our CEO and communications team to develop a comprehensive implementation plan for establishing and maintaining an engaging social media presence.

Deliver tailored training sessions to our CEO and relevant staff members, sharing best practices and social media strategies specific to their accounts, while allowing for interactive Q&A sessions.

Assist in the creation of an editorial calendar and content deployment plan to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across platforms.

Advise on integrating the CEO's thought leadership initiatives with TechnoServe's corporate social media platforms for seamless alignment.

Provide guidance on performance testing, measurement, and optimization techniques to continuously enhance the impact of the CEO's thought leadership presence over time.

Deliverables

As part of this consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering the following:

A comprehensive document outlining best practices for engaging with LinkedIn and Twitter, tailored to the CEO's existing social media profiles and practices.

Valuable input on refining the CEO's thought leadership messaging for optimal impact on social media.

A single training session for the CEO and relevant staff members, covering essential social media best practices specific to the CEO's accounts, with ample opportunity for interactive discussion and knowledge sharing.
