Primary Responsibilities:

Accountable for a number of existing accounts in a defined region.
Responsible for effective account management of these accounts through regular telephone contact.
Negotiating price and sales conditions, including executing the sales orders and forecasting for the account portfolio (CSR-operational tasks).
Build and develop trust, confidence and solid business relationships by offering solutions and effective project management with relevant personnel at all levels.
Proactively prospect for and search out new opportunities for new accounts and new opportunities within existing accounts and responsible for achieving and exceeding agreed budget targets; additional number of added customers, Volume and Gross Margin.
Effective project & task management using reporting tool Salesforce.com and ensuring true records relevant to SFDC are kept updated daily/ weekly and as/when required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Related Bachelor degree is preferable.
Fluent English skills and Italian native.
Minimum of 4-5 years of inside or external sales, customer service experience and plastics industry knowledge/familiarity is required.
Proven, relevant qualifications in the following areas: self-motivator, enthusiastic, time management skills and responsive and proficient Account Management & Development skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills along with the ability to work independently.
Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce.com is a plus.
