Purpose Of The Role

Responsible for developing strategies to Abbott diabetic products (FreeStyle Libre). Ensure that the strategies guarantee the biggest possible sales and market share growth.

Prepare, implement and execute digital strategy for ADC products and to launch successfully any new products, delivering sales target and awareness level.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns
  • Collaborates with team members, sales team and with region
  • Implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence
  • Analyze online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership
  • Planning, budgeting brand & digital projects.
  • Manage resources, clients and agencies to deliver projects and solutions according to guidelines.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the Brand websites
  • Track conversion rates and making improvements to the website
  • Oversee the social media strategy related to Brand strategy
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with influencer
  • Manage overall online and off-line Brand campaigns to raise Brand awareness
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Customer Relations: Maintain necessary contact with key customers to achieve objectives of division

Knowledge

  • Experience managing SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
  • Proven communication skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, IT, Regulatory and other Key Functions
  • Successful implementation with technology vendors, including on time on budget projects with successful results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, agile, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to wear multiple hats to ensure team success
  • Promote understanding of marketing, brand, market and medical background
  • Understand organization as a whole and find synergies across functions, divisions and affiliates
  • Anticipate market trends, regulations change and competitor actions
  • Promote Abbott Values, procedure compliance and policies knowledge
  • Anticipate key influencing factors on ADC short and long term planning process

Experience & Qualifications That We Look For

  • Brand and digital background – min. 3-5 years of previous experience
  • Ability to build relationships and work in project team, trust and influence with internal clients and other key stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise messages, management reports and presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills. Strong project management skills. Keen awareness and adherence to timelines.
  • English and Polish language – fluent
  • Understand organization as a whole and find synergies across functions, divisions and affiliates
  • Anticipate market trends, regulations change and competitor actions
  • Creates value for the customer and clearly defines and communicates the opportunity or issue that needs to be analyzed, applying solid understanding of digital marketing tools and methodologies.
  • Creates tailored materials to influence all of the touch points along the journeys leading to an outstanding Consumer and Professional experience and generate commitment for the ADC products and Brand
  • Brings a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Goal-orientated, project-orientated and achievement-orientated
