Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities主要工作职责:

Implement & execute the GSK China broader market (incl. hospitals and retail pharmacy) business strategy & implementation plan at regional level in complex China market context, as one of the core components of Rx strategy.

Manage the partnership with the third parties that are engaged to promote GSK product in hospitals to make sure business/marketing campaigns are fully implemented. /市场活动的贯彻执行。

Close collaborate with all business units, channel strategy team, and get aligned on sales strategy, objectives and resource synergy.

Qualifications/Requirements:(Education / Experience / Competencies)

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in field force. Experience in Sales, Retail or Commercial is highly preferred.
  • 4年以上销售经验。有销售、零售或商务经验优先。
  • Experience in third party management would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop sales strategy and translate strategy into a tactical plan that achieves and drives top line growth with experience in a business
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships in a matrix environment as well as influence employees at all levels.
  • Proactive in identifying solutions to business issues. Possesses a responsive and strong sense of urgency
